Tabitha: 40+ and pursuing fabulous with a vengeance. In 2007, I was 50 pounds overweight and unhappy with myself. Over the last 3 years I have changed my lifestyle to include exercise and good nutrition. The result is I am 40 pounds lighter and in great shape.
