Week 6 is on the books AND........

Bodyfat down from 24% to 20%.

Weight down from 147.6 to 137.6.

Measurements are still holding steady but those biceps grew .75 :) Small drops in the waist, chest, hips. Good results!

AND...the first pictures where I said, "Hey, I look a bit muscular."
